This package is for anyone who has taken care of all they can handle prior to the event day. Now, it’s time for you to sit back and enjoy the celebrations. We will meet three-six months (or less) before the wedding/event to go over all the items that have been taken care of. We will go in-depth about all the details of the wedding/event – including caterer, DJ, florist, decorator, etc. Kiara Event Planning will take over communications with the vendors as far as timing, location and set up. We will read the fine print and notify you of any additional items to look out for. We will make sure that everything on event day runs smoothly while you just sit back and relax.
For coordination, we will be on site as your event manager to ensure all placement of specific items, table setting, decor, and catering are placed as formatted in our preplanned layout. We will create seating arrangements and finalize the timeline to distribute to the vendors. We will be onsite throughout the setup, processional, and clean up.
